Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. :diamonds:For The Cone:diamonds:
  2. 1 cup refined flour
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 1/2 tsp carom seed
  5. 1 tbsp ghee
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water as required
  8. :diamonds:For The Stuffing :diamonds:
  9. 3 boiled & mashed potatoes
  10. 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
  11. 1 tsp chat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  13. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  14. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  15. 1/8 cup chopped mint
  16. Salt to taste

  18. 2 cups yoghurt
  19. 1 tbsp sugar powder
  20. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  21. Salt to taste


  1. Combine the yoghurt, sugar powder,cumin powder & salt together in a bowl and bit it well then refrigerate for 2hours till its thick consistency.
  2. Combine the cone ingredients in a deep bowl & knead into a soft using enough water.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  4. Roll a portion of the dough into a square shape.
  5. Cut vertically into 6 equal strips using a sharp knife.
  6. Take a strip and wet it with a little water evenly all over.
  7. Wrap the strip with the watered side facing inwards & swirl it while slightly overlapping it on an aluminium cone shaped mould.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 20 to 25 minutes till crisp & brown.
  9. Demould the cones and keep aside
  10. Keep the cones into short glasses. Fill the cones with a little of the prepared potato stuffing.
  11. scoop the icecream top of the cone.
  12. Garnish with fruit caviar.
  13. serve immediately.
