Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal 250 gms
  2. Beetroot 1
  3. Carrot 1
  4. Onion 1
  5. Green chillies 4-5
  6. oil to spread
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Chat masala


  1. Soak the moong dal for overnight.
  2. Grind moong dal with some water in the mixture grinder.
  3. After grinding add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Chop all the veggies.
  5. Heat a tawa with little oil and pour a ladle of the moong dal batter ,spread well like chilla.
  6. Spread chopped onion , green chillies, grated carrot & beetroot.
  7. Now cover the lid and turn the flame on low for 30 secs.
  8. Sprinkle chat masala and turn the chilla for few secs & fold them.
  9. Serve hot in breakfast or in dinner.
