Ingredients to make Tri colour puri

  • flour 3 bowl
  • semolina 3 table spoons
  • ginger chilli paste 1 table spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder [pinch of ]
  • water as per required
  • oil for deep fry
  • besan 3 table spoons
  • palak paste 3 table spoons
  • Beet root paste 3 table spoons

How to make Tri colour puri

  1. Mix the flour and the semolina together in a bowl, divide this into 3 parts, to one part, add black pepper powder,salt ,1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and Besan.. Knead a semi soft dough using water.
  2. To another part of the flour mix, addd Black pepper powder, salt, 1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and Palak paste. Knead a semi soft dough again.
  3. To the final part of the flour mix, add Black peeper powder, salt, 1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and beet root paste. Knead a semi soft dough again.
  4. Take small portions of different dough and Join them together, make a roundel and roll it out.
  5. Deep fry it in hot oil.

My Tip:

Usage of water is depends on different paste of vegetables.
