ABOUT Cotton soft rose pastry RECIPE

This is a beautiful rose pastry which is extremely delicious and is a perfect dinner party desert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Maida(All purpose Flour)
  2. 3/4 cup Condense Milk
  3. 3 tbsp butter
  4. 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  5. 2 tbs Rose Syrup
  6. 1/2 tsp rose essence
  7. 1/2 tsp vanila essence
  8. 1 tsp Pink liquid food colour
  9. 2 tbsp fresh malai
  10. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  11. 3/4 tsp Soda-bi-carb
  12. Milk as required
  13. For chocolate roll
  14. 2 tbsp chopped White chocolate
  15. 2 drops Pink colour
  16. Butter paper
  17. Small round cutter
  18. For decoration
  19. 4 tbsp Whipped Cream
  20. 1/2 tbs Rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Serve the Maida, baking powder, Soda-bi-carb,Salt together.
  2. Beat Condensed milk, butter,Malai,Vinegar till it becomes fluffy.
  3. Add seived Maida and milk alternatively and make the better.
  4. Now devide this better in two bowl.
  5. In 1st bowl pour 3 tbsp better.
  6. In 2nd bowl pour remaining better.
  7. Now in 1st bowl add vanilla essence and mix well.
  8. In 2nd bowl add rose essence, rose syrup colour and mix well.
  9. Now preheat the oven at 160 degree.
  10. Now take 2 rectangle mould and grease with oil.
  11. Pour ready better in two mould.(in one mould pour pink better & in other one pour white better)
  12. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  13. After 25 minutes check it with the use of tooth pick.if the toothpick comes out clean means your pastry is ready.
  14. How to make chocolate roll.
  15. In a double boiler melt the white chocolate
  16. Now spread immediately on the better pepper using spatulla.
  17. Keep in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  18. Now take 2 size of round cutter one is small other larger than it and deep in liquid colour and make a cut at some distance.
  19. Now remove that round cut parts and keep aside for further decoration
  20. Now roll the chocolate slice and keep aside for decoration
  21. Now in another bowl pour whipped cream and beat for 10 minutes.
  22. Now in piping bag, set the nozzle and fill with cream & keep aside.
  23. Now take white cake and cut it in two layer.
  24. Now in a serving plate put 2 layers of white pastry,& on top put pink pastry.
  25. Now make a design with cream by using piping bag on top of the pink pastry in center.
  26. Now place the round shape chocolate coins both sides which we have placed aside.
  27. Now take round chocolate roll & keep beside the pastry.
  28. Your soft cotton rose pastry is ready.
  29. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour & serve it.enjoy.
