Ingredients to make French Pav

  • 4 Laadi Pav
  • 2tblspn Milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • 2 tblspn ghee or oil as preferred

How to make French Pav

  1. Beat eggs well
  2. Add sugar and whisk again
  3. Now fold in milk
  4. Add the pinch of cardamom
  5. Mix well
  6. Now cut each Pav into three parts
  7. Take a pan heat some ghee or oil now
  8. Dip each of these cut pieces if Pav into the beaten egg
  9. Now carefully place these dip Pav pieces on to the hot ghee
  10. Pan fry well ,tossing these Pavs till golden fried
  11. Once done remove these from pan and serve hot

My Tip:

Enjoy hot can also dress /garnish these with milk maid for your little ones
