Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 100 gm
  2. ginger chilli paste 2 tbsp
  3. Salt
  4. Curd 5 tbsp
  5. oil 2 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  8. Chutney as per your choice.

Instructions

  1. Mix besan and curd. Rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Add spices and paste.
  3. Heat a pan add oil pour batter
  4. Cook for 5 min in medium flame and it will be ready.
