Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. FOR FLUTES
  2. methi leaves (cleaned, washed n chopped) 1 cup
  3. 4 potatoes (boiled, peeled n mashed),
  4. 2 Onions chopped,
  5. 2 green chilies chopped,
  6. Salt, to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. FOR GRAVY
  9. 3 Onion paste,
  10. 2 tsp gingergarlic paste,
  11. 2 tomato puree,
  12. Salt,
  13. 1/2 tsp haldi,
  14. 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  15. 1 tsp garam masala,
  16. oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients of flutes except oil and khaskhas and give desired shape, keep aside
  2. Spread khaskhas in plate n roll flutes in khas khas and deep fry them till golden brown color, remove on tissue paper
  3. In pan add oil n Onion paste,after 2 min add ginger, garlic paste, tomato puree n dry masala n little water, saute it till it leaves oil
  4. Adjust the gravy with water n let it boil for3/4 min. after add flutes in it and switch off gas.
