Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 spoon dry methi leaves.
  2. 1 potato boil and chop
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 2 onion
  5. 1 spoon ajwain
  6. 1 /2 Tea spoon soanf powder
  7. Salt according to taste


  1. Firstly chop the onion and green chilli.Then chop the boiler potatoes.
  2. Make a dough water and wheat flour and rest for ten minutes.
  3. Take a dough make a ball and flaten like a poori then fill the stuffing into it and sprinkle some salt and seal it all sides.
  4. Now dust the board and flate it rolling pin then put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides.
