Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Besan -1 tea spoon
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Hing a pinch
  5. Red chilli powder as per taste
  6. Chat Masala -!/4 cup
  7. Chopped methi- 1/4 cup
  8. Boiled potato - 1
  9. Dhaniya powder-1 tea spoon
  10. Oil- 4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take one cup wheat flour and besan. Add salt, hing, red chilli powder . Add chopped methi. And mix well.
  2. With the help of water knead dough.
  3. Keep this dough covered for 10-15 minutes .
  4. In the meantime we prepare stuffing. Take boiled potato , mess it and add all masala. And mix well.
  5. Divide this stuffing into two parts.
  6. Now take dough. Make two balls.
  7. Take one ball.With the help of dry wheat flour roll it as small as puri size. Then apply little oil in between then stuff potato filling.
  8. On hot tawa put parantha . When one side colour changes then turn and heat from other side with the help of oil.
  9. Heat properly from both sides with the help of oil
  10. Parantha is ready
