ABOUT Radish Dry Subzi or Mulyachi Bhaji RECIPE

Radish Subzi is a popular traditional Maharashtrian main dish . Cooked using tender radish, leaves and served with rice dal or Bhakari. It’s high in fiber and having lots of medicinal properties and helps to cleanse our liver and stomach, keep hypothyroidism in check, purify blood, improvs digestion, good for skin. It’s high on vitamin C, folic acid, flavonoids and potassium. In this recipe, I have used tender white radish roots and cooked in onion and garlic, without using water.
