ABOUT Patra Ni Machhi RECIPE

Patra ni machhi is fish with fresh coconut chutney wrapped in banana leaf parcels. Its a parsi cusine and one of the incredibly delicious preparations of fish. This is really very easy to make and can be made by steaming or roasting on tawa. You may also use foil or butterpaper if banana leaves are not available, however the flavours oit of banana leaf is a major taste factor for this preparation.
