Half Croissant +Half Muffins ,its hybrid of croissant french pastry and muffins here im with utterly ,flakkey ,shattering cruffins

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour /maida - 450 gm
  2. Yeast -10gm
  3. Milk -240ml
  4. Unsalted butter -200gm
  5. Sugar -60gm
  6. Honey -15gm
  7. Salt -1tsp
  8. Powdered sugar for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Warm milk then divide into two parts.
  2. In one part salt in other part honey and yeast.
  3. Mix it well and keep aside for blooming .
  4. In a bowl add apf ,sugar , 2 parts of warm milk , melted butter.
  5. Just combined the dough with hands.
  6. Knead the dough until soft and smooth.
  7. Let it rise for one hour until doubled in size.
  8. Divide the dough equally.
  9. Roll out the dough as thin as possible 12-13cms.
  10. Grease with butter wrap into roll.
  11. Cut the roll along.
  12. Twirl into a semi knot.
  13. Keep these into greased muffins tray.
  14. Let it rise for 2 hours cover the dough properly.
  15. Bake cruffins at 180 degree for 30-35 minutes.
  16. Cruffins are ready to gobble up scoop out the center of cruffins fill jam ,jelly ,curds ,fruits what ever u like I hv decorated with fresh mango slice and tutti fruity.
  17. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over it .
  18. Utterly , flakkey , shattering cruffins are ready look at the beauty ,Enjoy!!
