Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina...2 cup
  2. Curd...1cup
  3. Eno 1 spn
  4. Carrot paste..1/2 cup
  5. Spinach paste..1/2 cup
  6. Cumin seeds...1 spn
  7. Kashmiri red chilli powder..1spn
  8. Musterd seeds..1/2spn
  9. Curry leaves 4 to 5

Instructions

  1. Prepare a mixture of rawa,ginger paste, curd& salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add water & mix well.Make sure that there are no lumps.
  3. Heat 1spn butter in a pan.Add cumin seeds .When it starts crackling add carrot paste & kashmiri red chilli powder.Cook it just for 2 mins.
  4. Same process for spinach paste.
  5. Heat oil, add mustered seeds & curry leaves.Stir it for a while & then add it to the batter.
  6. Now divide the rawa batter into 3 parts.
  7. Mix carrot paste in one part & spinach paste in another parts.
  8. Keep aside the batter for 15 mins to set.
  9. Add eno &mix it well
  10. Pour idli batter in greased idli moulds & microwave it for 3 mins.
