Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups idli batter
  2. 1/2 cup spinach juice
  3. 1/2 cup carrot juice
  4. oil
  5. Steamer
  6. Water

Instructions

  1. Grease the idli moulds with oil so that the cooked idli comes out easily and does not stick.
  2. Pour both the juices on two sides of each idli.
  3. Let it steam and get cooked.
  4. After it is done, take it out and serve with your favourite chutney.
