Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice - 300- gm
  2. Urad mongar- 100- gm
  3. Spinach - 1 - cup
  4. Green chilli - 2- no.
  5. Carrot- 2- no
  6. Tomatos- 2- no

Instructions

  1. wash and soke Rice and dal overnight
  2. grind fine and make smooth batter
  3. Divided batter in to 3 parts
  4. add spinach-chilli pest in one and carrot-tomato pest in another part. keep white one part
  5. grees idli stand and fill 1/3 with green batter. than white and pour orange batter over it
  6. cook 20 min in steam, cut in two parts. and serve hot with coconut chutney
