Ingredients to make Pulav

  • rice 1cup
  • bay leaves 4
  • cinnamon Sticks 2-3
  • clove 4-5
  • Black pepper 4
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • coriander powder 11/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • onion 1chopped
  • potato 1chopped
  • green chillies 2
  • cauliflower Little
  • peas 1tbsp
  • coriander leaves little
  • oil

How to make Pulav

  1. Wash the rice.
  2. In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds.
  3. Add all khade garam masale
  4. Add chopped onion,potato cauliflower ,peas
  5. Saute a little
  6. Add spices and salt
  7. Cook for some time
  8. Add rice in it
  9. Transfer it to pressure cooker /rice cooker
  10. Cook for 2pressures
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves

Add vegetables of your choice
