Ingredients to make Kidney Beans And Rice kebab

  • Boiled kidney beans - 1 cup
  • Boiled rice - 1 cup
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 bowl
  • Cornstarch - 4tsp
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Chopped capsicum - 1
  • Chopped tomato - 1
  • Chopped green chillies - 4
  • red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Pizza Seasoning - 1 tsp
  • salt - according to taste
  • maida paste - 1 bowl ( 2 tsp maida + 1/2 cup water)
  • oil for frying

How to make Kidney Beans And Rice kebab

  1. First boil kidney beans with some water and salt and strain .
  2. Than grind in the mixi
  3. Make a smooth paste.
  4. Boiled the rice
  5. Grind in the mixi.
  6. Mix grind kidney beans, rice , cornstarch​, Chopped veggies, red chilli powder, pizza seasoning ,, Salt and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.. mix well and make a dough.
  7. Grease your hands and put some mixture on your palm and make cylindrical shape kebabs​.
  8. Dip your kebabs in maida paste.
  9. And coat kebabs with Bread crumbs .
  10. Coat properly and bind properly.
  11. Hot the oil and Deep fry your kebabs in medium flame.
  12. Your yummy kebabs are ready to eat.
  13. Serve with tea or coffee.
