Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. I cup banana flower cleaned, will mention it
  2. 1 cup channa dal and toovar soaked 1 hr
  3. 2 Red chilles
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 2 tbsp puffed chana dal
  6. 2 tbsp coconut fresh
  7. 1 tsp saunf
  8. 2 garlic pieces
  9. 1 onion cut finely
  10. Coriander and curry leaves
  11. salt to taste
  12. oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Grind the dal coarsely along with chillies,ginger,garlic,sing,puffed grams
  2. Add turmeric powder ,onions, coriander and curry leaves,salt
  3. Mix thoroughly,make wada,and deep fry.
