The adjective of this pakoda is very interesting as the pakoda resembles the pretty :ribbon: of little girls.. otherwise these pakodas are easy to prepare and absolute crunchy salty spicy side for beautiful eveninf Tea's..

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cup rice flour
  2. 1 cup besan flour
  3. 2TSP CHILLI POWDER
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Hing a pinch
  6. 3 tbsp butter
  7. Enough water
  8. Enough Oil

Instructions

  1. The rice flour and besan flour are to be sieved well to remove any lump particles.
  2. Then the salt, chilli powder and high are added and mixed well.
  3. Add water little by little to make medium thick dough.
  4. The Ribbon Pakoda mould with thin slits would be ideal.
  5. Stuff the dough, and press them into enough heated oil ( not too hot and neither too warm).
  6. Flip the pakodas both the sides to have them fried perfect. Not to be too much fried dark neither too soft.
  7. They have to be bright golden in color and as well crunchy to the core.
