Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi -500g
  2. Grated coconut -equal to ragi flour
  3. Oil -4 tablespoon
  4. Chopped onion -1/2 cup
  5. Chopped Green chillies -2no
  6. Mustard seeds -1/4 teaspoon
  7. Channa dal -1/
  8. Curry leaves -2punch

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add two spoon oil, add ragi flour souted well
  2. That's aroma comes take out of the stove allow it's cool
  3. Then add salt, little water.( don't add more water.) mix well sand consistency
  4. Take idli pot or other steam cook vessels, cook 8 minutes
  5. When it's cook, allow the room temperature
  6. heat a tawa add two spoon oil, mustard seeds, channadal, onions, green chillies, curry leaves souted well add prepared ragi uppuma
  7. Mix well 5 minutes, turn off the stove. serve it with coconut chutney or any gravy
