Mirchi Ki Sabzi

Ingredients to make Mirchi Ki Sabzi

  • 15 Bajji Chillies cut and slit 1 Inch long
  • 1 tsp jeera/ Cumin
  • ½ Cup Peanut Powder (Roasted peanuts coarsely ground)
  • ½ Cup Besan / gram flour
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Flax Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Chat masala
  • ½ Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • Finely Chopped coriander
  • salt to taste

How to make Mirchi Ki Sabzi

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Jeera/ Cumin, cut Chilli pieces and roast for 10 minutes on a medium flame. Add besan and roast till the raw smell is gone.
  2. Add peanut powder, garam masala, chaat masala. Roast for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add salt and mix well. Turn off the flame after 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander, sprinkle roasted flaxseeds and serve hot.
  4. This sabzi goes well with rice and phulka's.

My Tip:

1 Cup = 250 gm
