Ingredients to make Simla mirch,pyaz ki sabzi

  • 150gm simla mirch(capsicum)
  • 2 onion
  • 2tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1teaspoon garlic pAste
  • 1 tablespoon green chilly sauce
  • 1tablespoon red chilly flakes (optional)
  • 2tablespoon oregano
  • salt as per test
  • 2tablespoon Ching's noodle masala
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 table spoon black pepper powder

How to make Simla mirch,pyaz ki sabzi

  1. Finely Chop capcium and onion in long pieces
  2. Take a pan put oil and heat now put onion and garlic paste in it when onion turns brown, then put capcicum. saute it till it become kurkura
  3. Now add coriander powder, Ching's masala,,chilly sauce,black pepper powder, and saute it
  4. Whole procedure should be done on high flames
  5. This sabzi serve with paratha or plain rice

My Tip:

As per test you use tomato sauce also
