Healthy alternative to fried potato wedges

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet Potatoes 5 big sliced into thick Jullien weges
  2. 2 to 3 tbsp honey
  3. 2 tbsp grated ginger
  4. 2 tbsp olive oil
  5. 10 to 12 chopped walnuts
  6. 1 tsp cardamon pwdr
  7. 1/2 tsp Fresh grounded pepper
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. Lemon juice
  10. Mint leaves for garnish
  11. Lettuce leaves 4 to 5(optiinal)
  12. DIP
  13. Honey 2 tbsp
  14. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  15. Lemon juice little

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingridents and mix well
  2. Preheat the oven at 200 degree c and bake the wedges for 20 mins
  3. Mix the wedges well and again bake it for another 20 mins or till all the potatoes are cooked and caramalised
  4. Sprinkle lemon juice
  5. DIP
  6. Mix honey lemon juice and chilli flakes and make a dip(my boys prefer spicy)
  7. I usually serve this on a lettuce leave a sprinkled with the dip and rolled
