Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre cream
  2. 100 ml condensed milk
  3. 50 ml dabur honey
  4. 1 gm Saffron
  5. 30 almonds
  6. 50 pistachios
  7. 2 tbsp dried rose petals
  8. 5 drops Rohafzal essence
  9. 1 leveled tsp cardamom powder
  10. 2 tbsp Luke warm milk


  1. In a mixing bowl whisk the cream till you get peaks, now add the honey and condensed milk and whisk.
  2. Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp Luke warm milk
  3. Dry roast the almonds and then pistachios. Coarsely chop the almonds and 30 pistachios
  4. Grind 20 pistachios to powder
  5. In the mix the pistachio powder first and then mix the saffron.
  6. Now mix all the other ingredients and pour in a tin, cover with cling film and put it in the freezer to set. Churn every 3 hours to get perfect set.
