Pumpkin Parantha

Ingredients to make Pumpkin Parantha

  • Grated pumpkin 1 cup
  • whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • Oats 1/4 cup
  • jowar flour 1/4 cup
  • ginger grated 1 teaspoon
  • Dried mint leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Carom seeds 1 teaspoon
  • green chillies 2 chopped
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Pumpkin Parantha

  1. Take wheat flour oats, Jowar flour, carom seeds, dried mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder and grated pumpkin.
  2. Mix everything to form a soft dough.
  3. Keep the dough aside for half an hour.
  4. Make medium sized ball and roll them out.
  5. Roast the parantha with little oil from both sides.
  6. Serve the paranthas hot with some butter or pickles.

My Tip:

Fresh mint leaves can also be used instead of dried ones,in that case add 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves.
