  1. Grated cauliflower 1cup
  2. BoiledMashed potato paste 5teaspoons
  3. Onion greenchillie paste 3 teaspoons
  4. Salt pertaste
  5. Redchillipowder 1teaspoon
  6. Atta wheat flour 1 cup
  7. Ajwain seeds 1teaspoon
  8. Desi Ghee 4teaspoons
  9. Water for binding wheat flour

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add wheat flour,salt ,water make chapati Dow and rest it for five minutes

  3. Next take grated cauliflower flower in a bowl and add salt,redchillipowder, ajwain seeds,mashed potato paste,onion greenchillipaste.
  4. Mix all well,filling is ready for chapatis.

  6. Now make wheat Dow balls and open it for filling and close it and do chapatis with Chapati maker
