Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 grams bhindi
  2. 4 tablespoons besan
  3. 2 tablespoons rice flour
  4. 150 grams curd
  5. 1 cup mixed sprouts ( Boiled)
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 1 tomato finely chopped
  8. 3 tablespoons mint chutney
  9. 3 tablespoons imli chutney
  10. 2 tablespoon zeera powder
  11. 1 tablespoon amchur powder
  12. 3 tablespoons red chilly powder
  13. 1 tablespoon chat masala
  14. I lemon
  15. 3 tablespoons fresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Cut bhindi into two halves lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl mix together besan, rice flour, 1 tablespoon zeera powder, 1 tablespoon amchur powder, 2 tablespoons red chilly powder and salt.
  3. Add bhindi to this and mix till its coated evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bhindi till it is crisp.
  5. Now in a plate first put a layer of sprouts and then add chopped onion and tomatoes.
  6. Spread curd on top of this and then put mint and imli chutney.
  7. Now sprinkle zeera powder, red chilly powder and chaat masala on it.
  8. Finally on top arrange the crispy bhindi and squeeze the lemon juice and garinsh with coriander leaves.
