generally we bored to eat one dish as same method bt if we do some new innovation then it goes to another level and completely refresh our family members. so its try to do something interesting with arbi so i hope all of you appreciate me for this dish & try this.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kg arbi
  2. for marination
  3. 1 cup besan
  4. 2 tsp dahi
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 /2 tsp grm msala
  7. 1 tsp chat msala
  8. 1 tsp adruk chilli paste
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly pwdr
  10. 3 tsp mustard oil
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. pinch hing
  13. 1/2 tsp jeera pwdr
  14. for filling
  15. 1 small tsp salt
  16. 1/2 red chilli pwdr
  17. 1 tsp aamchur powder
  18. 1/2 chat msala
  19. 1 tsp coriander pwdr
  20. 1/2 tsp garam msala

Instructions

  1. boil the arbi in pressure for 1 whistle & cool down
  2. in a katori add all ingredients of filling and mix well ,keep aside
  3. when arbi is cooled down the cut arbi in lengthwise as shown in picture
  4. then spread filling masala at one piece ,cover with another one and press it with soft hand
  5. now in big bowl add all ingredients of marination and make a thick batter... in this you can also use lahsoon paste [garlic paste].. but i don't use
  6. all pressed arbi mix in this marination batter and keep in frigde for 1 hour so arbi absorb all msala flavours
  7. after 1 hour deep fry all pieces of arbi , enjoy the hot... mouthwatering dish.... happy cooking
