Quick Crispy Green lentil dosa, which is instant to make and very healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup green gram
  2. 1/2 cup Raw rice
  3. Ginger
  4. 1 medium size onion
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. Green chilli - 2
  8. Corriander optional

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup Green gram and 1/2 cup Raw rice
  2. Rinse Raw rice 4 times
  3. Add Green gram and rinse in twice
  4. Add drinking water and soak it overnight
  5. Grind soaked Green gram, rice, ginger, green chilli, hing, jeera
  6. Add Curry leaves and salt to the mixture.Mix it well and the batter should be thick. If the batter is thin add Rice flour
  7. Start preparing pesarattu. Add required oil
  8. Flip on both sides to cook properly
  9. Serve with coconut chutney
