Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated pumpkin
  2. 1/4 cup crumble paneer
  3. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  4. 4 garlic cloves
  5. 1 chop onion
  6. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  7. 2 tsp Cornflour
  8. 2 tbsp Oil
  9. 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. 1/2 pomegranate seeds
  12. 1 green chilli
  13. Dry spices---
  14. 1 bay leaf
  15. 2 cardmon
  16. 2 cloves
  17. 1 red dry chilli
  18. Salt
  19. Haldi
  20. Red chilli powder
  21. Coriander Powder
  22. Garam Masala
  23. Pepper powder
  24. Jeera powder
  25. Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grate pumpkin and carrot
  2. Crumb paneer
  3. Chop onion and boil
  4. Soak cashew nuts in milk
  5. Remove water from carrot and pumpkin by squeeze them
  6. Now take a bowl add pumpkin,paneer carrot and ginger
  7. Add cornflour ,salt and haldi
  8. Keep some pomegranate seeds for kofta and make juice of remaining pomagranate
  9. Now heat oil and make koftas stuff some pomegranate in koftas
  10. Fry them
  11. Make puree of cashew nuts
  12. Grind boil onion, garlic, chilli and make s psste
  13. Now heat oil in a pan and add jeera and dry spices
  14. Saute them and add onion garlic paste
  15. Cook this paste then add spices except garam masala
  16. For some time cook all spices and add cashew paste
  17. Cook for some time and add pomegranate juice to it
  18. Now add salt and garam masala
  19. Our gravy is ready
  20. At the time of serving add koftas in gravy
  21. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
