ABOUT Eggplant pasta with Malacca RECIPE

Eggplant pasta made with oriental spice blend from Sprig Malacca. A different pasta variation to make.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta 1 cup
  2. Eggplant small 5 nos
  3. Onion 1
  4. Garlic 4 Cloves
  5. Puree from two tomatoes
  6. Groundnut oil 1 tbs
  7. Malacca spice powder half tsp
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as per instruction in pack.
  2. Chop onion , garlic and eggplant.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic . Saute for two minutes.
  4. Add the tomato puree and cook for five minutes.
  5. Add the chopped eggplant and cook on slow flame for five minutes.
  6. Now add the cooked pasta and quick stir.
  7. Add the sprig Malacca spice mix and mix well.
  8. Eggplant pasta with Malacca is ready to serve.
