Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup finely chopped parboiled beans
  2. 1 tbsp green capsicum
  3. 1/2 cup sweet potato boiled
  4. 1 tbspp grated carrot
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  6. Green chilli as per taste
  7. 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  8. 4 cloves of garlic
  9. Mint and coriander leaves
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Fennel powder
  13. Garam masala
  14. Lemon juice
  15. Red chilli powder
  16. Bread crumb
  17. 2 tbsp Maida
  18. Water for slurry
  19. 2 cup Poha
  20. Mint chutney
  21. Pepper sauce
  22. For garnishing--
  23. Cherry tomato
  24. Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Parboil beans
  2. Peel and mash boiled sweet potato
  3. Chop and grate all vegetables
  4. Add spices
  5. Mix altogether
  6. Add bread crumb to bring all of them combined
  7. Now make balls
  8. Take maida little salt and water make a slurry
  9. Take poha in a plate
  10. Dip ball in slurry and coat then roll in poha
  11. Heat oil and fry all of them
  12. Serve hot with green chutney and pepper sauce
