Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green peas half a bowl peeled
  4. Mushroom sliced and roasted 16-17
  5. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric pwd 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli pwd 1/2 tsp
  9. Curry leaves a few
  10. Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander leaves a few
  15. Brown bread slices 8
  16. Butter 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once it crackles add curry leaves and ginger
  2. Now add onion and saute, add sliced mushrooms and saute. Add green peas and let it cook for a minutes.
  3. Add turmeric pwd, Salt, red chilli pwd, garam masala and let it cook for 2-3 minute
  4. Add coriander leaves, dry mango powder, mashed potatoes and mix throughly
  5. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame and keep it aside
  6. Now take the Brown bread apply some butter on one slices and paste the above
  7. Prepared mixture on another slices.
  8. Keep the slices one on the another and toast on a toaster or pan till it becomes little crunchy
  9. Enjoy Brown bread veggie with mushrooms sandwich with ketchup or green chutney
