Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram bottle gourd
  2. 3to 4 spoon crumbled cottage cheese (paneer )
  3. 3tea spoon cornflour
  4. 1green chilly
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. 1small piace of ginger
  7. 3 Tomatoes
  8. 10 pieces of cashwnuts
  9. 5to6 prices of kishmish
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  13. 1/4 red chilly powder
  14. 2bay leaf
  15. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  16. 1/4 tea spoon cumin powder
  17. Oil for frying balls and some more oil for tadka
  18. 1/4 dry fenugreek leaves
  19. Freash cream as per need
  20. One green cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1st step is grate bottle gourd and squeeze don't throw the water we can use it in the greavy
  2. Take a bowl add grated bottle gourd crumble paneer (cottage cheese ) cumin powder salt chat masla red chilly powder corn flour and coriander leaves and mix well and make dough
  3. Spread some mixture on the palm and fill with chopped rasin (kishmish ) and make small balls
  4. Make all balls like this
  5. Take a pan add oil and heat it fry all balls at medium flame very carefully
  6. Fry all moti
  7. Take a another pan add 2to 3 spoon oil and heat put green chilly and ginger and saute for 1mintues
  8. Put chopped tomatoes andsome pieces of cashwnuts and saute for 3to 4 mintues
  9. Add all spices and one green cardamom and cook for 2to 3mintues
  10. Add bottle gourd water and cook for 10 minutes and switch off stove and let the masala cool and then grind and make puree with little water
  11. Take a pan add 2spoon oil and heat it add some cashwnuts and roast and remove from the pan and keep aside
  12. In the same pan add bay leaf and cumin and saute
  13. Add grind masla and cook for 5to 6 minutes
  14. Put some fresh cream
  15. Put fenugreek leaves
  16. Finally add moti and switch off the stove
  17. Ready to serve garnish with roasted cashwnuts kishmish and fresh cream
