250 gram bottle gourd
3to 4 spoon crumbled cottage cheese (paneer )
3tea spoon cornflour
1green chilly
Coriander leaves
1small piace of ginger
3 Tomatoes
10 pieces of cashwnuts
5to6 prices of kishmish
salt as per taste
1/4 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 red chilly powder
2bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 tea spoon cumin powder
Oil for frying balls and some more oil for tadka
1/4 dry fenugreek leaves
Freash cream as per need
One green cardamom
Instructions
1st step is grate bottle gourd and squeeze don't throw the water we can use it in the greavy
Take a bowl add grated bottle gourd crumble paneer (cottage cheese ) cumin powder salt chat masla red chilly powder corn flour and coriander leaves and mix well and make dough
Spread some mixture on the palm and fill with chopped rasin (kishmish ) and make small balls
Make all balls like this
Take a pan add oil and heat it fry all balls at medium flame very carefully
Fry all moti
Take a another pan add 2to 3 spoon oil and heat put green chilly and ginger and saute for 1mintues
Put chopped tomatoes andsome pieces of cashwnuts and saute for 3to 4 mintues
Add all spices and one green cardamom and cook for 2to 3mintues
Add bottle gourd water and cook for 10 minutes and switch off stove and let the masala cool and then grind and make puree with little water
Take a pan add 2spoon oil and heat it add some cashwnuts and roast and remove from the pan and keep aside
In the same pan add bay leaf and cumin and saute
Add grind masla and cook for 5to 6 minutes
Put some fresh cream
Put fenugreek leaves
Finally add moti and switch off the stove
Ready to serve garnish with roasted cashwnuts kishmish and fresh cream
