Ingredients to make Cheese Balls

  • 2 boiled potato
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese/ chopped cheese slices
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/2tsp mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tsp redchilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs for coating

How to make Cheese Balls

  1. ADD 1 TBSP CRUMBLED CHEESE & 1 TBSP BREADCRUMBS INTO 2 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI, SALT TO TASTE & 1/2 TSP MIXED HERBS
  3. MIX DOUGH, GREASE PALMS & SHAPE INTO BALLS
  4. ROLL THEM IN BREADCRUMBS
  5. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  6. REMOVE FROM HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
