  2. 2 बड़ी चम्मच नींबू का रस या सफेद सिरका
  3. 1/2 कप चीनी
  4. 1/2 कप मिल्क पाउडर या खोआ
  5. 1 कप कंडेंस्ड मिल्क
  6. 4 हरी इलाइची (दरदरी पिसी हुई)
  7. 3 बड़ी चम्मच देसी घी
  8. 1 बड़ी चम्मच पिस्ते (कटे हुए)
  9. 1/8 छोटी चम्मच केसर
  10. 2 बूँद पीला रंग खाने में प्रयोग किया जाने वाला
