Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chikan 1 kg
  2. Turmeric
  3. Yoghurt 1/2 bowl
  4. Green coriander 50 gm
  5. Adrak 3 tbsp shreedded
  6. Green chilly 5
  7. Red chilly powder 1/2 tbsp
  8. Black cardamom 5
  9. Green cardamom 5
  10. Bay leaves 3
  11. Black pepper 1 tbsp
  12. Garlic 1/2 bowl
  13. Onion 5
  14. Leong 5
  15. Dalchini 2 piece
  16. Javitri 2 piece
  17. Nutmeg 1/2 piece
  18. Garam Masala 2 tbsp
  19. Mustard oil 5 tbsp
  20. Salt as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Marinate chikan with yogurt. Salt. red chilly and turmeric. For 4 hours.
  2. Slice 3 onions and deep fry them till golden brown. And make a paste of it.
  3. Heat oil in the pressure cooker.
  4. Grind green coriander. Green chilly. Garlic and adrak. Do not make a paste of it.
  5. Add chopped onion into the cooker. And fry it till golden.
  6. With the help of mortar pastel slit the cardamom.Black pepper. Nutmeg. And add it into the oil along with bay leaves. And all whole dry masala.
  7. Add green masala and fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add onion paste and garam masala. And fry for 1 minute.
  9. Finally add chicken. And saute it for 10 minutes.
  10. Add 1 glass of hot water. And salt and cook it.
  11. Garnish the recipe with green coriander.
