Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ingredients for dough ==
  2. Singhara Flour 1 cup
  3. Potatoes mashed 1
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilly pow 1/2 tspn
  6. Ghee for Moyan 2 tspn
  7. Ingredients for Stuffing==
  8. Potatoes mashed 2
  9. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  10. Cumin seeds roasted 1 tspn
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper to taste
  13. Red chilly pow to taste
  14. Ginger chopped 1 tspn
  15. Coriander leaves chopped 2tbspn
  16. Dry Fruits available 2 tspn
  17. Oil for fry


  1. Firstly knead dough with singhara flour , mashed potatoes,salt, red chilly pow, ghee mix all nd knead soft dough with little water .
  2. Method for Stuffing =
  3. Mix all ingredients of stuffing nd Stuffing mixture is ready.
  4. Assembling Toffees
  5. Make small balls with dough .
  6. Roll them with hands nd make flat like poori .
  7. Now take 1-2 tspn stuffing nd put on the center of poori ,nd fold from two sides . It become like a stripe .
  8. Now give toffee shape with fork on another two sides
  9. Assemble all Toffees like this .
  10. At last fry into hot oil on medium flame like Samosas .
  11. Flahari crispy Toffees r ready to eat serve hot with any flahari sauce
