Chatpatte bengan kisi bhi pranatha ya roti ke sath bhut hi tasty lgte ha. Ye bhut hi simple bt badia recipe ha. Jo bhi ek bar kha le use bengan se pyar ho jata:grinning::blush:its a fact.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg chote bengan(small sized brinjals)
  2. 5-6 medium sized onion
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp aamchoor(mango powder)
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and slit onions and brinjals
  2. In a katori mix all dry masalas and salt .Mix well.
  3. Fill this masala in all slits of brinjal and onion.
  4. Heat oil in kadai and put this filled bringals and onion. Cover the lid and cook till soft. Add lemon juice. Serve hot... happy cooking :blush:
