Crispy paneer fingers is an easy and delicious appetizer or starter dish which is made of paneer. Here we bring to you an easy recipe for crispy paneer fingers.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer - 200 grams
  2. Cornflour - 3 tablespoons
  3. Chilli Flakes - 1 tablespoon
  4. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Salt - as per taste
  6. Water - as needed
  7. Bread crumbs - 2 tablespoons
  8. Oil - for frying
  9. Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
  10. Chaat masala - to taste


  1. Cut paneer into slices.
  2. Now sprinkle cornflour on sliced paneer. Add chilli flakes, black pepper powder, salt to paneer and mix it well.
  3. Take 3 tablespoons cornflour in a small bowl. Add salt and water to make thin batter.
  4. Coat paneer in cornflour batter and then coat it by bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the paneer in a pan or kadhai.
  6. Garnish crispy paneer fingers with coriander leaves and chaat masala and serve.
