Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 4 slices
  2. Mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
  3. Butter - 100 grams
  4. Finely chopped onion - 1 medium size
  5. Finely chopped garlic - 2 tablespoon
  6. Finely chopped green chilly - 2 - 3
  7. Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
  8. Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
  9. Boneless chicken - 250 grams
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil - 2 tablespooon
  12. Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  13. Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  14. Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and fry till transparent.
  3. Add garlic,capsicum and sweet corn and mix well.
  4. Add boneless chicken pieces,green chilly,black pepper and salt and mix well.
  5. Add soy sauce and vinegar and mix well and switch off the flame
  6. Spread the butter on the bread.
  7. Spread the chicken mixture on the bread.
  8. Now add mozzarella cheese on the bread.
  9. Pre heat oven in 150 degree c and bake for one mins.
  10. Enjoy with tea.
