A very tasty & healthy recipe. Basically you just boil the eggs, make keema of any minced meat (I have used chicken minced, boiled potato, masalas etc.)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs 4
  2. chicken kheema 1 cup
  3. boiled potato smashed 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped onion 1 cup
  5. chopped tomato 1/2 cup
  6. green chilles 2 nos
  7. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  9. Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
  10. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Coriander seed powder 1 tsp
  13. Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. oil to fry
  17. Bread crumbs 1 cup


  1. Take the eggs and boil them. Keep aside.
  2. Take the chicken mince and make a paste in the grinder, however do not put in any water.
  3. Now take a bowl, put in the chicken paste, add the boiled and smashed potato, ginger and garlic paste. Mix these ingredients well together.
  4. Now add in the chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves , mint leaves and mix together.
  5. Then add all the dry masalas and salt. Mix together and add 2 tbsp of bread crumbs.
  6. Take the boiled eggs one by one and coat the mixture onto the egg. Press them nicely in bread crumbs set on a plate.
  7. Now take a deep kadai, add oil and heat on a high flame. Then lower the flame, put the keema coated eggs one by one and fry on a medium flame till they cook and turn light brown colour.
  8. Drain and plate the fried eggs.
  9. Serve these hot with salads and green chutney on the side.
