Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cashews 1 cup
  2. Sugar 3/4 cup
  3. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  4. Water 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take the cashews and grind them to a powder
  2. Take a saucepan add the sugar and dissolve it with water
  3. Bring it to a boil
  4. When the sugar syrup is boiled it reaches one string consistency add the cashew paste to it and continue to mix till it starts to leave the sides of the pan
  5. Transfer the paste to a greased plate, as the paste is still warm knead it as a roti dough by using little ghee
  6. Once the dough is soft place it on a butter paper and roll it out to the size you want the Kaju Katli
  7. When it's still warm cut them to Diamond shapes and let it to cool
  8. Enjoy the sweet made at home itself
