ABOUT Mint And Vanilla Cup Cake with Frosting RECIPE

Eggless Mint and Vanilla Cup Cake with frosting. These are sure to become a party favorite and it is one of the kid's special recipe. These cupcakes are very easy to make and they turn out quite delicious and soft.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry ingredients
  2. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  3. Sugar( Powdered) - 3/4 Cup
  4. Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Wet Ingredients
  8. Butter/Oil - 1/2 Cup
  9. Milk - 3/4 cup
  10. vinegar - 2 teaspoon
  11. Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
  12. Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  13. Other ingredients
  14. Chopped mint Leaves - 1 tablespoon
  15. For Frosting
  16. Whipped cream - 2 Cup
  17. Liquid Food Colour

Instructions

  1. Seive all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk it.
  2. In another bowl add milk and vinegar, rest it for 2 minutes.
  3. After 2 minutes mix remaining wet ingredients in milk and whisk it.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into wet ingredients in two batches.
  5. Finally add chopped mint leaves and mix well.
  6. Arrange the cup cake liner in moulds.
  7. Add the mixture into moulds and tap it before keeping it in oven.
  8. Bake the cupcakes at 170 degree centigrade for 20 minutes.
  9. After 20 minutes check the cake with help of toothpic if it comes clean your cake is done.
  10. For Frosting
  11. Mix whipped cream and colour.
  12. Set nozzle in piping bag and fill it.
  13. Make a design of your choice.
  14. Serve immediately.
