Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Arbi 1/2 kg
  2. 4tbs besan.
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ajwain 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Oil 4 teaspoon
  7. Chat masala 1/4 teaspoon


  1. Boil the arbi for 1 whistle
  2. Strain and cool
  3. Now peel the arbi and press with palm.
  4. In a bowl mix besan,salt,ajwain and red chilli powder.
  5. Now add arbi in it and coat it properly
  6. Rest it for five minutes
  7. Now in a non stick pan heat the oil.
  8. Shallow fry the arbi till golden brown both sides.
  9. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
  10. Serve as a side dish in a meal.
