Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled black chana 1 cup
  2. Regular dough 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion 1
  4. Chopped adruk 1 teaspoon
  5. Chopped green chilli 1
  6. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. 1/2 garam masala
  8. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Crush the black chana with hands
  2. Take it in a bowl add all dry ingredients and mix well add onion, adruk and chillies
  3. Take a ball size dough and roll it in small circle and fill 2 teaspoon of filling in it and again roll it with roll pin.
  4. Put it on tawa and shallow fry both sides
  5. Enjoy with curd and kheer and lot of salad to make more healthy
