Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal 1 cup
  2. Spring onion one small bunch
  3. Corainder leaves handful
  4. mint leaves handful
  5. Green chillies to taste
  6. salt to taste
  7. turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tablespoon
  10. Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Samosa patti 1 packet
  12. Wheat flour 3 tablespoon
  13. water


  1. Soak moong daal for 20 25 minutes and den boil it adding salt and turmeric till its done.
  2. Add chopped spring onions, coriander, Mint ,green chillies, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt
  3. Make a paste of flour and water and keep aside
  4. Make samosas using samosa patti and filling seal with flour paste. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes and put samosas in it.. cook for 10 minutes then turn and cook for another 10 minutes or till you get desired colour.
  5. Serve hot with chai :heart_eyes:
