Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya Chapp 1/2 kg
  2. Amul fresh cream 1 pack
  3. Hung curd 1 pack
  4. Butter.1 tablespoon
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Kali mirch 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the chapp and remove the sticks.
  2. Cut it in to round pieces.
  3. In a big bowl add cream.hung curd,ginger paste,salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Now add chapp and coat it in the mixture
  5. Marinate it in fridge 10 minutes.
  6. Heat butter in a pan.
  7. Put marinated chapp in it.
  8. Cook 5 minutes on simmer gas.
  9. Now serve it with lacha onion.
