Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped onions-6
  2. Tomato puree(6 tomatoes)
  3. oil
  4. Brinjal-4 big
  5. salt to taste
  6. turmeric powder
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Kitchen king masala
  9. Chopped coriander
  10. Garam masala
  11. Mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  1. Hot oil,roast cumin,add chopped onions saute it till golden brown,
  2. Add tomato puree and all the dry spices,mix it and cook it till the time it leaves ghee on the sides,
  3. Side by side take a cooker,peel the brinjal and cut it into pieces add in the cooker with little water and little turmeric and salt,give it 3-4 whistles and switch off the flame,
  4. when the pressure of the cooker is gone open it and mash it properly and add it in the chaunk and stir properly,
  5. On a medium flame stir the bharta till it reduces,
  6. It becomes thick when its ready,
  7. Add coriander when it's ready
