Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For ragda
  2. Boiled yellow matar - 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion - 1
  4. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  5. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  9. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Sweet curd - 1/2 cup
  13. Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
  14. Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp
  15. Sev - 2 tbsp
  16. Oil - 2 tbsp
  17. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  18. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  19. For patties
  20. Boiled n mashed potato - 2
  21. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  22. Bread crumb - 1 tbsp
  23. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  24. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  25. Salt - to taste
  26. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  27. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle.
  3. Add onion and saute for one mins.
  4. Add tomato,green chilly and ginger garlic paste and saute for one to two mins.
  5. Add garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
  6. Add yellow matar and salt and mix well.
  7. Now ragde is ready
  8. For patties
  9. Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients of patties and make a patties.
  10. Take a plate add ragda and patties.
  11. Spread sweet curd,sweet tamarind chutney.
  12. Sprinkle roasted cumin seeds,red chilly powder.
  13. Garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds and serve.
